Η Microsoft έπρεπε να πάρει την απόφαση να αποσύρει τις συσκευές Zune αφού τα νέα Windows Phone υποστηρίζουν την λειτουργία και παίζουν πολύ καλή μουσική. Τελικά η απόφαση πάρθηκε και όσοι είχαν αγοράσει τέτοια συσκευή θα πρέπει να την βάλουν στο προσωπικό τους μουσείο.
